Web stores software
Internet provider Ziggo
We use the services of internet provider ziggo for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Internet provider Ziggo has no access to our mailbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.
For handling the payments in our web store we use the Mollie platform.
Mollie processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve service and to share (anonymized) data with third parties in the context. In the event of an application for a deferred payment (credit facility), Mollie shares personal data and information regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies.
All guarantees mentioned above with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the components of Mollie's service provided for for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not store your data more than is permitted on the basis of the legal deadlines.
Unique uses PayPal for handling part of the payments in the shop. PayPal only processes the data required for this handling. PayPal has taken appropriate measures to protect your personal data. PayPal can share your (anonymous) personal data with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement, on the basis of legal obligations or to improve their services. UNIQUE uses an iZETTLE GO ATM machine in markets and fairs. Izettle then functions as a payment provider for handling debit payments. IZETTE does not share personal information with third parties unless this is necessary for the execution of the agreement or on the basis of legal obligations. Izettle has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure your personal data.
Send and logistics
PostNL & MyParcel
If you place an order with us, it is our task to have your package delivered to you. We use MyParcel and PostNL services to perform deliveries. It is necessary for this that we share your name, address and place of residence data with MyParcel and PostNL. MyPARCEL and PostNL only uses this data for the execution of the agreement. In the event that My Parcel and PostNL Switches on subcontractors, MyParcel and PostNL also make your information available to these parties.
For orders outside the Netherlands we use the services of Intime Delivery. Intime Delivery takes care of the shipment of your order via Deutsche Post. In this case, Intime Delivery will also share the data with Deutsche Post to have your package delivered to you.
We use the e-accounting services for keeping track of our administration and accounting. We share your name, address and place of residence and details regarding your order. This data is used to administer sales invoices. Your personal data is sent and saved. E-accounting is required to secure and will treat your data confidentially. E-accounting does not use your personal data for purposes other than described above.
We collect reviews via the web store platform. If you leave a review via webshop inspection, you are required to specify a name and e-mail address.
