It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because the product doesn't like it or perhaps there is another reason why you wouldn't want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. Have you returned your full order and opted for shipping with tracing information you will also receive the shipping costs refunded. The costs for returning are for your own account. Please note: if you return an order without tracing information and therefore have no shipping certificate, this is your deductible. If your package loses, we unfortunately cannot return the purchase amount.
The amount due will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your return if the product has already been returned in good order.
Personalized jewelry that are specially made for you cannot be returned.

1. Mail to info@uniekje.nl or use the attached form with your order and report which products you want to return.
You are not obliged to give a reason, but I would like to hear feedback!
2. Return the jewelry - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.
