You don't have to worry about that! Uniekje believes quality is extremely important, which is why you can only find stainless steel jewelry on the website. All jewelry does not discolour! Please keep in mind that the gold jewelry can become damaged and the silver underlayer can come out. The more you love your jewelry, the longer you will enjoy it!

You have a 6-month warranty on all jewelry after your purchase date. This concerns jewelry that has broken and needs to be repaired and/or there is something wrong with the quality. The warranty does not cover jewelry that has been swum in chlorine pools or due to incorrect use.

All earrings are made of surgical steel (316L stainless steel), which means that they are hypoallergenic and the chance of an allergic reaction is very small. So you can wear this perfectly!

All other jewelry is made of stainless steel. Most people can also tolerate this material very well and the chance of an allergic reaction is small.

NB: Have you not worn earrings for a long time and have your holes closed up a bit? Then there is a chance that your ears will still respond. This is normal because you create a small wound when you puncture your holes. This is not normally an allergic reaction. Take out your earrings and wait for your ears to heal and try again. All engraved jewelry is packaged in a gift box as standard.

All other jewelry such as earrings & necklaces are on jewelry cards.

Some of the jewelry makes Uniekje yourself. These jewelry can, for example, be adjusted in size. But the engraved jewelry can also be adjusted to your wishes.

Jewelry selected by Uniekje can only be adjusted in some situations.

Of course! When ordering, please leave a note in the ''comments'' section that you would like to add a personal message with the accompanying text. Your personal message will be added to your order on a card.

You don't have to worry about that! The webshop is secured via an SSL connection. This means that the data flow between the webshop and the visitor is well protected and cannot be read by third parties.

No, unfortunately there isn't one! You can pick up your order in our workshop in Enschede.

Unfortunately, all jewelry that has been made/personalized especially for you cannot be returned. You may return all other jewelry within 14 days without giving a reason. Orders without personalized jewelry include a standard returns form.

Bee Uniekje you always have the option to return your order within 14 working days after the date of receipt. Please ensure that you return the products unworn, undamaged and with reasonable packaging. Please keep your return receipt until we have processed it.
