Reimbursement policy

The possibility of return shipment applies for 14 days. If more than 14 days have expired since the receipt of your order, we cannot offer you a trade or reimbursement.

Only unused articles that are in the same condition if you received them are eligible for a return. The article must also be returned in the original packaging.

Some items cannot be returned:
* gift cards
* Personalized products

In certain cases, only a portion of the price is reimbursed: (if applicable)
* Articles that are not in their original state are damaged or whose parts are missing, and where this is not due to us

After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will send you a confirmation via e-mail that we have processed your return. We also let you know if we have approved or refused your refund.
If we approve your refund, it will be processed and automatically settled via your credit card or your original payment method within 14 days.

Lead or missing repayments (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account.
If necessary, contact the publisher of your credit card. It can take a short time to see your refund.
If that is not the problem, contact your bank. Often time is needed to process a refund.

Exchange
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you want to exchange an item to the same article, send an e-mail to info@uniekje.nl and send the item to Bekspringhoek 160, Enschede, 7546cl, the Netherlands.

If the article has not been considered as a gift if the giver has received the item himself and has only been given to you, we will pay the article back to those who have given you and therefore gets the one that you have it Returned.

Dispatch
To send your article back, you need to ship to Bekspringhoek 160, Enschede, 7546cl, the Netherlands.

The shipping costs for returning the article are for your account. Return costs are therefore not reimbursed. When you receive a refund, the shipping costs are deducted from your refund.
Have you returned your entire order? Then you will also receive the payment paid.

How long a replacement article is on your way, depends on where you are.

If you send us an article with a value of more than € 75, consider a shipping service with a tracing option or insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned article.
